Jen joined Trivium Point Advisory in early 2025, bringing more than 15 years of experience in operations at a leading broker-dealer. Prior to joining Trivium, she played a key role in building and leading a global operations team focused on streamlining processes and enhancing customer satisfaction. She leverages her background to drive strategic operational initiatives within the firm’s advisory framework.

As the firm’s lead for all trading and advisory billing functions, Jen ensures that day-to-day operations are executed with accuracy, efficiency, and care. She works closely with Trivium’s advisors and relationship managers to enhance workflows and build scalable solutions. Her focus on operational excellence supports the firm’s continued growth and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Jen resides in Wilton, Connecticut, with her husband and two children. Outside the office, she can often be found on the sidelines of a sports field, cheering on her kids.
